Five Incredible Ways to Lose 20 Pounds in Less Than Thirty Days
So many people need to lose weight, to stay healthy, for instance, to cut their chance of dying from a weight related illness, some just need to lose weight to fit clothes they’ve bought for a wedding or so they’ll look good on the beach!
Almost everyone wants to lose weight at some time in their lives, but most of us won’t even try, because we think losing weight is difficult, it takes so long, it means starving yourself and exercising to the point of exhaustion. Nothing could be further from the truth, especially with these tips to help you:
* Some diet foods are bland, tasteless, boring, until you give them an instant taste makeover. Do it by adding a sauce to lettuce, tomatoes, jacket potatoes, cabbage and other boring diet foods. The smell of those usually boring foods, eaten daily, can make your mouth water with a topping of low fat yogurt with a teaspoonful of mustard added, or curry powder, or soy sauce, garlic powder, and so on.
* Don’t overeat just before bed. Calories consumed early in the day, up to late afternoon, for instance, can be used up in daily activities like walking and ironing, playing with the children and even watching television. Eat just before bed and you’ll soon spot that sleeping is not sufficiently energetic to burn more than a few hundred calories each night. See the next tip.
* Making love is, however, a strenuous exercise, and can make the previous tip obsolete!
* Chew every mouthful of food at least twenty times. That makes a meal last longer and fools you into thinking you’ve eaten more than you actually have.
* If you must snack between meals, try carrots with low fat cheese spread. If the noise of crunching big pieces is offputting to family and friends, cut your carrots into wafer thin pieces and spread cheese lightly over one side.
