Lose Weight Fast.  A Simple Two Way Success Strategy

Most people gain weight because they eat too much or they exercise too little, sometimes for both of those reasons.

Add to that the fact that most people hate dieting, and most people also hate exercise, and it’s no wonder why so many people stay fat for life.

Thankfully, there is an easy way to lose weight even if you hate dieting and you can’t stand exercising!

Researchers say that people are more likely to stick to a gentle diet than will stick to a strict diet, they also say more people stick to a gentle exercise plan than stick to a strict and strenuous exercise plan.

It follows the best way to lose weight is to diet a little and exercise just a little and that means you probably won’t give up until the last unwanted ounce has left your body.

These tips might help:

*  If you need to cut 500 calories from your diet each day, try cutting 250 instead and lose the other 250 by walking all or part of the way to and from work each day.

*  If you can’t stomach the thought of 60 minutes at the gym to lose a measly 400 calories, try two 30 minute sessions instead.  I’ve seen dozens of people stop coming to my local gym after regular one hour sessions and practically no leavers among people taking 30 minute sessions.

*  If you’re used to taking three of four glasses of wine with every evening meal, try two glasses instead.  Or try wine mixed with lemonade.  Or continue having four glasses but reduce the size of the glass.

*  Start your main meal with a long cooling glass of water.  Not only does it taste good but it will also leave less room in your stomach for whatever’s on your plate.
