Why Dieting Makes You Fat and How to Lose Weight Fast Without Dieting

Every time I go on a diet I fail to lose weight.  When I don’t diet I lose weight fast.  The difference is the ‘D’ word and the amazing impact ‘DIET’ has on the sub-conscious.

The truth is most people who are dieting think about nothing else but dieting and they can become obsessive and miserable and begin comfort eating to ease the tension.  So in effect dieting makes them fatter.  There’s a very simple answer to this very common problem …..

….. the answer is not to diet, not in terms of counting calories, but to make subtle changes instead to how we eat and exercise, how we spend our day, how we interact with one another.

A few subtle changes to eating, exercising, working and socialiasing can help even the most frustrated dieter lose weight fast.

You could for example:

*  Eat just a tiny bit less at each sitting.

*  Use low fat spread instead of high calorie butter and margarine.

*  Walk all or part of the way to work where previously you’d have taken the car or gone by bus.

*  Sit as far away as possible from the workplace gannet, don’t get too close to his or her food, don’t let the aroma make you rush for your own plateful of greasy fattening fodder.  Instead sit next to people who never overeat and you’ll feel out of place overeating.

*  Go to the gym twice a week.  Contrary to popular opinion, gyms are fun places to be, they help you make lots of friends, and you’ll get good diet tips and encouragement from people also trying to lose weight fast.

*  Don’t think about losing weight long term, instead take each day as it comes.  That way if you overeat one day or fail to exercise you can begin afresh tomorrow and eat less or exercise more to counteract your previous day’s shortcomings.
